Physiotherapy or Acupuncture
1 hour Initial Physiotherapy Assessment £79
An initial physiotherapy assessment is thorough and we will identify and explain your diagnosis and discuss a treatment plan and goals with you. At the end of your session you will be given advice and exercises to continue at home and depending on the complexity of your problem, we aim to begin treatment during this session.
45 minute Follow-up Appointment £63
Follow-up appointments involve physiotherapy, acupuncture, Pilates or a combination of all three, depending on your needs and preferences.
Physio-Led Pilates
1 hour Initial 1:1 Pilates Assessment £79
An initial 1:1 Pilates assessment will identify your specific needs, goals, areas of weakness and areas lacking flexibility. The appointment will involve some exercise tuition and you will be taught some exercises to continue at home.
45 minute Follow-up Bespoke Pilates Sessions £63 (1:1) or £80/£40 per person (1:2)
These sessions are tailored to the needs identified in your assessment. Exercise specifics and details of each exercise that we practice is emailed to you following each session.
Physio-led Pilates Classes £13.50 per class
Pilates classes are booked as a half-termly block with payment required upfront to secure your place. If you require a 30 minute 1:1 pre-class session, there is an additional charge of £34.
1:1 Beginner or Intermediate Courses £190 per course
These courses consist of 5x 30 minute sessions taken at a time when suits you and you can attend weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.
Please note that all sessions at the clinic require 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise the full appointment fee will be charged, with the exception of illness. To protect staff and other patients, we kindly ask that you contact us to rearrange your appointment if you are unwell and you will not be charged for the missed session.
