WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Please call or email us to arrange an appointment. We will assess the risk/benefit of you attending in view of COVID-19 and complete a virus screening checklist before attending in person. We will then book you an appointment but can offer you a consultation via zoom if it is not appropriate for you to attend at this time.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Clothing that you can move freely in is the best, especially for Pilates sessions. Please be aware that you may be asked to undress for assessment or treatment. Ladies may like to wear vest tops for neck or shoulder complaints, shorts may be appropriate if you are attending for a leg problem.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay, cash or bank transfer. Payment is required at the time of treatment.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently do not accept health insurance clients. However, some employee benefit packages will cover the cost of physiotherapy treatment and we are more than happy to provide invoices for you to reclaim the fees from your employer. Please check with your employer that you are covered before booking your appointment.
